This is an interesting work. Capt strays from archeology on this one and focuses more on fairly recent history. The conspiracy people tend to say all the symbolism shown in this book is occultic/satanic but Capt says otherwise and states his case. He covers the history of the symbols and relates them to mostly Israelite/biblical origin. If you are interested in American history this is a quick and easy read.
