All our cartridges come with 1-year shelf life or 1-year defect free warranty. We test every cartridge thoroughly before it is shipped from our warehouse. Nevertheless, if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival, we will replace it at no extra charge. If the product is found to be defective after 30 days from delivery date or 15% or more of its toner is used, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on usage. We will ship a new replacement cartridge out and the customer will be charged for the price of new cartridge less the prorated value of defective. If the cartridge is bought less than 30 days, we will pay for the shipping cost for the replacement. Otherwise, you will be charged for the shipping.
